About KAIZEN™ Congress

KAIZEN™ Congress is an Annual Event, hosted for the past 11 years in India and 15 years in Africa.

Keeping with the times, KAIZEN™ Congress goes Virtual in 2021 and will be a combined India-Africa mega-event. The 3 days from will showcase Practical applications of Authentic KAIZEN™ methodologies by Worldwide Industry Stalwarts & Pioneers. The Objective is for participants to Learn and Be Inspired by the possibility of Holistic organisational transformation in the Business Excellence realm.

The Event will host 500+ Attendees, 100+ Companies, 20+ Renowned Speakers and 30+ Case Stud paired along with a power-packed agenda for the 3 days.

The Theme for this year’s virtual congress is Strategy to Action – in Covid Times. Most organisations thrive when the business environment is favourable and struggle to survive when conditions deteriorate. This is the case for 99% of organisations – when revenues drop, business results are adversely impacted due to resource inefficiencies. The inefficiencies in turn are primarily due to an organisational “blind-spot” – a systemic failure to “see” Waste (Muda). KAIZEN™ Case Study Competition


The KAIZEN™ case study competition is designed to showcase your best cases of KAIZEN™ or Lean Transformations which has paved the path for ground-breaking results to help not only improve the current state but helped to sustain the improvements in the organisations.

Participating in the case study will enable your organisation to show that you are a KAIZEN™ hero. This is a high level of gratification given by the Kaizen Institute to organisations by acknowledging the efforts made towards improving and sustaining the improvements.

All case studies will be prequalified before allowed to participate at the virtual congress. 36 of the best-case studies will be selected during the prequalification and 1 out of them will be crowned as the KAIZEN™ Case Study Champion – India and Africa for the first time.
  • Entry Fee: INR 2000 Inclusive GST
  • Note: There is no limit for organisations to submit case studies for prequalification.
